The Royal Stuart Party

A Declaration of Intention — Faith · Heritage · People

Truth

To speak openly of heritage and faith in the light of honesty and law.

Justice

To defend the rights of the people and uphold compassion in governance.

Restoration

To unite heritage and people under a common cause of fairness and faith.

A Declaration of Intention

This webpage sets forth the formal intention to create a lawful political organisation in the United Kingdom known as The Royal Stuart Party. This announcement does not yet constitute a legal registration with the Electoral Commission, but serves as a public notice of intent and guiding principle.

Founded in vision by James Robert-Warwick Stuart, rightful descendant of the House of Stuart, this effort represents a moral and historical movement seeking the union of heritage and the people — governance rooted in truth, faith, and service.

Intentions & Objectives

  • To protect the rights and dignity of disabled people, ensuring access to fair, compassionate support.
  • To advocate for restoration of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) where the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) system fails to meet lawful or moral standards.
  • To establish a lawful political platform that unites royal heritage and civic justice.
  • To promote equal representation between heritage descendants and the general public in political process.
  • To defend the national faith of Christendom while promoting tolerance and unity across denominations.
  • To publish and consult on a draft constitution before formal registration, ensuring full public transparency.

Planned Next Steps

  1. Invite public discussion on draft policies and constitutional framework.
  2. Apply for registration with the Electoral Commission following consultation.
  3. Develop transparent structures for dual representation — Heritage & Public tiers.

A Vision in Formation

This is not the founding of monarchy, nor a call for privilege — it is the resolve to give rightful voice to heritage, to heal historic division, and to build a lawful, faith-honouring party that serves both Crown and commoner alike.
